Vance was the technician that came out to my new home. Peeler Environmental installed a new french drain and sump pump prior to my purchase. Termite traps were already in place, and he performed the normal periodic inspection of them (no termites!) and also checked the crawl space. He noted several items that need correction and assured me that they would be fixed. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.
