They're always so kind and professional. This time I had a European Hornet's nest right above my front door. They were able to come the next week. It was a $250 flat fee for singing insects. Idk if that's high or low but I was willing to pay anything to keep my family safe.

I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. Peeler Environmental has been taking care of our home since 2000. We have been very pleased with the service they provide for us. We are had an emergency and despite the fact they were booked solid, they managed to squeeze us in the same day. I will never look for another pest company.
