Peeler Environmental sent Mr. Heath Taylor to complete my annual termite inspection. Heath was right on time and we discussed issues of concern that I may have. Heath went right to work, cleaning spider webs both around the corners of the house and under the house in the crawlspace. Heath also left rodent poison under the house for the few mice which may inhabit the crawlspace. The house perimeter was sprayed as well as the crawlspace. After completing the work, Heath told me what all had been done and thanked me for the business.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. Kim Sifford is our technician and she is very pleasant, informative & does a professional job. She is a hard worker with great customer service skills. We appreciate what she does to help us maintain & eliminate all uninvited critters on a bimonthly basis.

Peeler has been doing quality crawlspace work for several years and provides a nice finished space. Once they complete the work they will be there to maintain it including the Watchdog Dehumidifiers that they use.

Peeler has always provided great service and our technician Steven Hopkins is no different. He was very professional helpful and nice.

We have been using Peeler Environmental for 20 years. They have helped us manage small ants (including with several follow up visits as needed with friendly and quick responses). More recently they have helped us address a cockroach issue at a temporary house we bought while our main house is renovated. After some initial challenges controlling the issue, one of their most exceptionally talented tech's Mark Trexler came and even more aggressively treated the issue with a longer service call.

Just want to give a shout out for Kathy Sifford. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable when I ask a question. Her attitude and professionalism is a mirror image of this company. Very reliable. No complaints at all.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.
