I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

We recently discovered a Bald-Faced Hornet nest in our back yard high in a pine tree. Peeler came highly recommended to contact to remove. I am glad I did they where very professional. Heath did an excellent job figuring out how to remove nest and spray the swarm. Technican was thorough and very knowlegeable about the work being completed in my home. He noticed some concerns, as a homeowner I should know, and shared them with me. Just recently relocated to the area and have no other business's of this kind to compare it to. The service I received today was excellent.

Kim has been a blessing. My wife only wants her coming to our house because she is thorough, she always asked if there are any issues to address and always is friendly and polite. Trust is huge when you are in someone's home. We trust her, and I do not trust many people. Thank you for employing such a wonderful person and technician.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Every time we have had Peeler come out, they’re very professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone has been top notch too. I will never call anyone else for any pest issues we have!
