Curtis came out the following day and was very professional and made us feel at ease about everything! He set up everything to rid our home of these pests and I feel so much better knowing they are taking care of the issue after we tried and failed! Kim came out and she was awesome. I think she went above and beyond and also told me about a plumbing leak under my house when she went to put mouse bait in my crawlspace... not a part of her job description but it made me feel good that they are employing genuinely thoughtful people.
