I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain.
