Kim Sifford is our technician and she is very pleasant, informative & does a professional job. She is a hard worker with great customer service skills. We appreciate what she does to help us maintain & eliminate all uninvited critters on a bimonthly basis.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. Great service, they come to our house once a month! Had to call them due to an infestation that our neighbors had that migrated to our house. 3 months later bug free! Rates are fair and affordable compared to the big guys!
