Termite traps were already in place, and he performed the normal periodic inspection of them (no termites!) and also checked the crawl space. He noted several items that need correction and assured me that they would be fixed. Steven is a patient and understanding employee. He took the time to explain to my mother and myself what he was doing and what to expect from the bugs during the next couple of days. Tommy is a very pleasant, very professional exterminator! We have had only one almost bad experience in the five years that we have been using Peeler Environmental, it was with an exterminator that was not Tommy.
