We contacted Peeler Environmental with initial concerns about a rodent problem in our home. Steve was very helpful over the phone and set up an appointment ASAP. Curtis came out the following day and was very professional and made us feel at ease about everything! He set up everything to rid our home of these pests and I feel so much better knowing they are taking care of the issue after we tried and failed! Kim Sifford is our technician and she is very pleasant, informative & does a professional job. She is a hard worker with great customer service skills. We appreciate what she does to help us maintain & eliminate all uninvited critters on a bimonthly basis.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Jonathan assisted me with inspections of two houses and treatment on one. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and a quick responder to correspondence. He provided education on treatment and carryover, patiently answering all my questions. Peeler Environmental is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing them. I also went to their office with questions and they were very helpful…I would not hesitate to use them again.
