Vance was the technician that came out to my new home. Peeler Environmental installed a new french drain and sump pump prior to my purchase. Termite traps were already in place, and he performed the normal periodic inspection of them (no termites!) and also checked the crawl space. He noted several items that need correction and assured me that they would be fixed.
