I saw a mouse a couple of weeks ago and after our DIY attempts at trapping it didn't work, and I also started to notice ants in my house, my husband called Peeler Environmental due to the abundance of 5 star reviews. Kim came out and she was awesome. I think she went above and beyond and also told me about a plumbing leak under my house when she went to put mouse bait in my crawlspace... not a part of her job description but it made me feel good that they are employing genuinely thoughtful people.

We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly "spilling" into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses.
