First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Brandon was very honest and very professional. He treated my property for the previous owner. And was able to give information, that I did not know about previously. Because of his honesty and knowledge I will be doing some recommending Peeler to friends, co-workers and family. And I will be doing more business with them in the future. I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

Kim Sifford is an excellent representative of Peeler Environmental. She does wear a mask inside and out, as well as footies inside my home. She is polite and quite thorough in her treatment of pests, inside and outside of the house. She replaces the sticky boxes when necessary.
