They were very responsive when I called about yellow jackets in my chimney. Technician came next day but needed help getting on roof and had to reschedule. Yesterday two techs came and said they do not see a nest.

Didn't charge me. However I did get entire house sprayed and signed up for quarterly visits.

Very polite gentlemen.

The truck really shows what they are about. 🤣

I saw a mouse a couple of weeks ago and after our DIY attempts at trapping it didn't work, and I also started to notice ants in my house, my husband called Peeler Environmental due to the abundance of 5 star reviews. Kim came out and she was awesome. I think she went above and beyond and also told me about a plumbing leak under my house when she went to put mouse bait in my crawlspace... not a part of her job description but it made me feel good that they are employing genuinely thoughtful people.

We have been using Peeler's services for over eight years and always found them to be professional and very responsive to our needs. We have been very pleased with all of our service people. We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly "spilling" into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.

I can not recommend this company any stronger than they are absolutely the Best !!!!!! Our Technician was Ray ( Which I 12 star recommend this guy ) , he is professional , knowledgeable and very friendly. By the end of our 6 month contract we were 100 percent bug free & could sleep at night in peace.

Oh my God, the gentleman name Ray was super professional, courteous, and gave me peace of mind, this is the company I will always use, it was worth every dime I spent, because you can't pay for peace of mind. The gentleman name Lance was cool as well as the receptionist !! Trust me Ray is the guy you want to keep, customer service was second to non!!! Thanks
