Steve did a thorough job of inspection and treatment. He also helped us identify an insect.

Steven is a patient and understanding employee. He took the time to explain to my mother and myself what he was doing and what to expect from the bugs during the next couple of days. Did a great job and made sure to set glue traps to see where we have the most activitity of roaches in the home for future reference and treatment. Thank you Steven!
