We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly "spilling" into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.

This is my first time using this company and I am very happy with the experience. I would always see their vans around town and figured they must be doing something good, so I contacted them because I just needed a yellow jacket nest removed from my yard and I am so glad I did! Ray came over 45 minutes earlier than scheduled and radiated a very warm and friendly personality. The nest was small so he offered to spray pesticide around the perimeter of my house and inside the garage to get my moneys worth. The whole process took about 30 minutes.

We recently discovered a Bald-Faced Hornet nest in our back yard high in a pine tree. Peeler came highly recommended to contact to remove. I am glad I did they where very professional. Heath did an excellent job figuring out how to remove nest and spray the swarm. Peeler Environmental sent Mr. Heath Taylor to complete my annual termite inspection. Heath was right on time and we discussed issues of concern that I may have. Heath went right to work, cleaning spider webs both around the corners of the house and under the house in the crawlspace. Heath also left rodent poison under the house for the few mice which may inhabit the crawlspace. The house perimeter was sprayed as well as the crawlspace. After completing the work, Heath told me what all had been done and thanked me for the business.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses.
