Jonathon and Cody were very kind and very professional today. They were on time and very efficient! Very pleased with our services today. Even showed us the yellow jacket nest they pulled out. 😳

We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly "spilling" into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.

Taking his cue from Tony Godfrey, my annual termite inspection is detailed and effective. Tommy is a very pleasant, very professional exterminator! We have had only one almost bad experience in the five years that we have been using Peeler Environmental, it was with an exterminator that was not Tommy. One phone call fixed that experience and we love having Tommy as our exterminator! They come out quarterly and they do a great job!

They were very responsive when I called about yellow jackets in my chimney. Technician came next day but needed help getting on roof and had to reschedule. Yesterday two techs came and said they do not see a nest.

Didn't charge me. However I did get entire house sprayed and signed up for quarterly visits.

Very polite gentlemen.
