A gentleman came to my house today to do scheduled termite inspection. He is always a perfect gentleman, very professional, efficient and thorough in his services. He's been coming for several years and is always very congenial and friendly.

I meet 1 of the owners at a store I had no idea for a long time that he was 1 of the owners down to earth honest funny guy!

We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With aggressive yellow jackets suddenly "spilling" into our bedrooms, we called Peeler based on their website, online reviews + recommendations of neighbors. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.

Taking his cue from Tony Godfrey, my annual termite inspection is detailed and effective. Both Tony and Mark use their excellent customer service skills to ask questions, assess the customer’s individual situation, and apply sustainable control methods that maximize family comfort. We appreciate Peeler’s dedication to customers while protecting the environment.
