Pest Control In Faith

I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

They're always so kind and professional. This time I had a European Hornet's nest right above my front door. They were able to come the next week. It was a $250 flat fee for singing insects. Idk if that's high or low but I was willing to pay anything to keep my family safe.

Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. I have been using Peeler Environmental for 4 years and they are absolutely one of the BEST companies I have ever dealt with. The office staff are always pleasant and professional. My technician is Kim. I always ask for her because she has a great work ethic and is not afraid to get her hands dirty by crawling underneath the house. In my book any woman who. Voluntarily crawls underneath a house and deals with bugs all day is very brave to say the least. This company and their employees, especially Kim, definitely deserve five stars!!!

Kim Sifford is an excellent representative of Peeler Environmental. She does wear a mask inside and out, as well as footies inside my home. She is polite and quite thorough in her treatment of pests, inside and outside of the house. She replaces the sticky boxes when necessary.

Heath Taylor came to our home to do our quarterly general pest management . He was very prompt in his arrival and respected our home by wearing booties over his shoes while inside. Heath got right to work spraying inside as well as outside. He is very friendly, courteous and we look forward to seeing him again in May.
