Steven is a patient and understanding employee. He took the time to explain to my mother and myself what he was doing and what to expect from the bugs during the next couple of days. Did a great job and made sure to set glue traps to see where we have the most activitity of roaches in the home for future reference and treatment. Thank you Steven!

Curtis came out the following day and was very professional and made us feel at ease about everything! He set up everything to rid our home of these pests and I feel so much better knowing they are taking care of the issue after we tried and failed! I have my termite bond with Peeler Environmental that results in an annual termite inspection that includes moderate spraying of pesticides about the foundation and other strategic areas, etc. of the house.

First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Technician Jonathan came out and did an amazing job. Very thorough and professional. Took his time and went through all the concerns he had after looking under the house. I appreciated his thoroughness, and I appreciate having an account online to easily make payments and communicate. Very satisfied.
