We discovered a major yellow jacket in-wall infestation(!) at an area of our home we seldom see. With empathy for what we were facing, Steve arranged quick service and Tommy was on the spot next day, even though we were in the midst of tropical storm wind & rain. Tommy carefully inspected, determined best methods for the "attack" & he and Steve set an eradication action plan ASAP.
