Jonathan assisted me with inspections of two houses and treatment on one. He was punctual, thorough, professional, and a quick responder to correspondence. He provided education on treatment and carryover, patiently answering all my questions. Peeler Environmental is fortunate to have someone of his caliber representing them. I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.
