Ever since I moved into my home, I have been using Peeler Environmental because of their professionalism, good value and great service. I first contacted Peeler for general pest treatments for problems pests around my home (ants, mice, spiders) that I was sick of addressing myself. I had Terminex for 3 years. Suddenly I have roaches. This was very upsetting to me, as it would be for anyone. I called Terminex over and over, they came out, pacified me over and over. The basic response was "it just takes time" over and over. No new method was used....nothing! Finally I fired them and called Peeler Environmental. WOW they came in, did an inspection, placed glue traps to find out where the roaches were coming from, and what kind they were to do targeted treatment. Discussed with me why the sudden infestation, did a very detailed inspection.

I saw a mouse a couple of weeks ago and after our DIY attempts at trapping it didn't work, and I also started to notice ants in my house, my husband called Peeler Environmental due to the abundance of 5 star reviews. Kim came out and she was awesome. I think she went above and beyond and also told me about a plumbing leak under my house when she went to put mouse bait in my crawlspace... not a part of her job description but it made me feel good that they are employing genuinely thoughtful people.
