I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Steven is a patient and understanding employee. He took the time to explain to my mother and myself what he was doing and what to expect from the bugs during the next couple of days. Did a great job and made sure to set glue traps to see where we have the most activitity of roaches in the home for future reference and treatment. Thank you Steven!
