Jonathan an exceptional employee, he explained everything , he was patient and kind. Just bought new house and he made the first time using this service a great one. I hope everyone is like him. I appreciate everything he did and explained. He definitely is by far the friendliness and knowledgeable employee. It sometimes has been hard finding employees like him in other businesses. First of all, we couldn't have sold our home without you all. We called Susan at the main office and she quickly sent Brandon G. over to our home to inspect our crawl space. Brandon G. walked us through everything while being completely transparent and honest. My husband was thoroughly impressed (not easy to do)! We found out our sump pump was rusted out and we needed to put down a moisture barrier. We had this work completed and had Brandon return to treat any mold under the home.

Heath Taylor came to our home to do our quarterly general pest management . He was very prompt in his arrival and respected our home by wearing booties over his shoes while inside. Heath got right to work spraying inside as well as outside. He is very friendly, courteous and we look forward to seeing him again in May.
